£1 Oysters at the Bar — Every Friday & Saturday Evening
Every Friday and Saturday from 6pm to 10pm, freshly shucked Maldon rock oysters are served exclusively at the marble bar — mignonette sauce, lemon, and whatever you're drinking alongside them. At £1 each, they're one of the better value things happening in London on a weekend evening, and one of the more civilised ways to start one.

Happy hour:
From 3pm until close every Friday and Saturday, 2-for-1 cocktails are available at the bar — Aperol spritz, margarita, mojito, cosmopolitan, whiskey sour and more, all at £12 a pair. The oyster hour and happy hour overlap, which is either a coincidence or the point.
Live music:
From 7pm every Friday and Saturday, a resident DJ performs through the evening. The kind of background that makes a night feel like something worth dressing for.
Stay for dinner:
The bar leads directly into the dining room, and the kitchen is open until late. The à la carte menu runs the full range — Maldon rock oysters by the half or full dozen, bluefin tuna tartare, native lobster, Scottish dry-aged steaks, and a full tasting menu on Friday and Saturday evenings if you want the whole experience.
