1. Bookings of 8+ guests:
For reservations over 9 guests, credit card details are required to secure the booking. No deposit is taken prior to the booking. The fee of £30pp will only be charged in the event of no-shows and cancellations within 48 hours of the booking.
2. For large parties, we may require a single payment or limit the number of split bills.
3. For larger parties, we may require a pre-order or set menu selection in advance. Details will be confirmed at the time of booking.
4. A discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to your final bill for all bookings.
5. Please inform us as early as possible if you or any member of your party has allergies. Smith’s Bar & Grill restaurant will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions if staff were not informed of the allergies prior to the event.
6. Smith’s Bar & Grill reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who is intoxicated or acting disorderly. The restaurant is not responsible for contacting Emergency Services if deemed necessary.
7. Unauthorised photographers are not permitted on the premises unless prior arrangements have been made.
8. You will be held responsible for any damage caused to the furniture or fittings at Smith’s Bar & Grill restaurant.
9. We kindly ask that all guests arrive on time. Tables may be held for a maximum of 15 minutes after the booking time. After this, we reserve the right to release the table or treat the booking as a no-show.
10. Gift vouchers are valid 48 hours after purchase, for 10 months. This voucher features a unique reference code, which must be quoted at the time of booking and redemption. This voucher is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Pre-booking is essential, and the gift card’s unique redemption code must be quoted at the time of booking. Please present your gift voucher at the restaurant to redeem. Reservations are subject to availability.
11. No external food or beverages may be brought onto the premises without prior approval.
12. Any significant reduction in guest numbers must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a charge of £30 per missing guest.
13. Please note, we may also request credit card details to secure the booking on Key Seasonal Dates. That includes and not limited to Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, NYE, Christmas Day.
