Summer Cocktail Recipe

Make your own cocktail at home – One of Smith’s Favourite – Cosmopolitan!

A classic cosmopolitan ought to be punchy, fruity and served short in classic martini glass topped with rind of orange peel or a slice of lime! Enjoy this glorious drink at summer garden.

Ingredients (makes one drink)

•         Ice

•         50ml vodka

•        25ml triple sec

•         Juice of half a lime

•        75ml cranberry juice

Method

‍ ‍

• Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add 50ml vodka, 25ml triple sec, the juice of half a lime and 75ml cranberry juice.

• Shake well, then strain the contents into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a orange peel and enjoy!.
