Head Chef David Reyes leads a kitchen grounded in quality produce and precise technique. To start: Beef tartare, pan-fried scallops, creamy burrata. For mains: Scottish beef dry-aged 28 days, chargrilled tuna, lamb loin chops, Jacob's Ladder for two. And save some room for desserts with our homemade dessert selection.
The wine list is chosen by Head Sommelier Maurizio Titone, decades of experience, a cellar that travels from old to new world.
On Friday and Saturday evenings, the seven-course tasting menu runs from 6pm with optional sommelier wine pairing, from £55pp.
