Negroni Week at Smith’s Bar & Grill

Mark your calendars – from 22nd to 28th September 2025, Smith’s Bar & Grill will be joining forces with Campari to celebrate one of the world’s most iconic cocktails: the Negroni.

Whether you’re a long-time fan of this classic aperitivo or simply curious to try something new, Negroni Week is the perfect opportunity to discover (or rediscover) why this drink has stood the test of time.

What’s on the menu?

To mark the occasion, our bartenders will be serving up three specially curated Negroni variations at the bar:

• The Classic Negroni
  The timeless mix of Campari, gin, and sweet vermouth. Balanced, bold, and perfectly bittersweet - the drink that started it all.

• The Mezcal Negroni
  A smoky twist for adventurous palates. By swapping gin for mezcal, this version adds earthy depth and complexity while keeping Campari’s vibrant character at the heart of the drink.

• The Negroni Sbagliato
  Light, bubbly, and a little unexpected. Made with Campari, sweet vermouth, and prosecco, the Sbagliato is effervescent and refreshing – perfect for those who like their cocktails with a sparkling edge.
