We’re making Friday evenings even better at Smith’s Bar & Grill in Paddington. In partnership with St Germain, we’re excited to announce our exclusive Hugo Spritz Tasting Evenings - where you can enjoy complimentary samples of this refreshing summer cocktail made with St Germain elderflower liqueur.

The Hugo Spritz is the ultimate summer classic: prosecco, St Germain elderflower liqueur, soda water, and fresh mint. Light, floral, and ideal for unwinding by the canal.

When Can You Join Us?

We’re serving up free samples of the Hugo Spritz from 5:30pm– 8:30pm on the following Friday evenings:

• July: 11th & 18th

• August: 1st, 15th & 29th

• September: 12th
