Monthly Prize Draw Newsletter sign up — Terms & Conditions

• Monthly Prize Draw: At the end of each calendar month, one entry will be randomly selected, and the chosen participant will be contacted via email.
• Eligibility: All entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
• New Subscribers: This contest is open to new subscribers only.
• Prize Description: The winner will receive a digital Smith’s Bar & Grill Voucher valued at £150.
• Entry Requirement: To qualify for the prize draw, entrants must fully complete the provided form.
• Incomplete Entries: Incomplete or partially filled form entries will not be considered for the prize draw.
• Eligibility Confirmation: By entering the competition, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria and can accept any awarded prizes.
• One Entry Per Person: Only one entry per person is permitted.
• Winner Notification: Winners will be randomly selected and notified via the email address they provided on a monthly basis.
• Contact Attempts: Smith’s Bar & Grill will make two email attempts to contact the winners. If no response is received within 14 days of the second email, the winners forfeit their right to the prize. Smith’s Bar & Grill reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.
